I am so glad that I contacted RMR for the annual maintenance on my AC unit. Harrison was very professional and kind. He arrived on time and was very thorough in his job. He made sure to show me some concerns and explain everything to me. Very pleasant experience! RMR had the best price in town and did not try to upsell! Very impressed with the service and glad that I have them for my yearly maintenance.

This is the best company I have worked with!! since the moment I called and reported my issues with my AC unit being down Anthony was on site to inspect the unit within 15 minutes of my call and he was able to find and order my compressor and get it shipped within the same day and his guys wasted no time and got out to my house and got the new compressor in Ty was amazing and taught me a lot about my unit and how to conduct small home owner maintenance and was a great personal guy! they have definitely earned a customer for life!!!

My AC unit is very old. I've had other companies refuse to even work on it, but Ty came the same day I called, spent extensive time cleaning and servicing my system and got it cooling again! He was honest with me and did tell me to start saving for a new system, but he got me going until I can do that. That's the kind of service that will make me a loyal customer forever. Thank you!
