The service was very prompt and reasonably priced, never tried to up sell me. The techs were very polite and professional. They were very thorough and conscientious about the quality of their installation. I would give them 5+ stars if I could. I highly recommend this company for any of your air conditioning needs.

Company was very prompt about getting a tech out, even though I was not a customer. The tech ( Ty ), seemed very knowledgeable and I had air in about 1 hour. I have now become a customer. My old company could not get a tech out for 2 days, and they always tried to sell me additional things.

Harrison was on time and checked out the annual service call very professionally. He was quick to find the issue with a loose wire nut and restored the heating side of the unit. RMR Air Conditioning was quick to respond to my call for service. I would highly recommend them!
